Digital Product Delivery

All purchased digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or made available through the download instructions provided after successful payment.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the email address and other information entered during checkout are accurate.


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Enter the correct email address.
  • Verify all order information before completing payment.
  • Ensure that their email account can receive messages from PluginPalace.in.
  • Check Spam/Junk folders before contacting support.

PluginPalace.in is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information submitted by the customer.


Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been successfully delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product.

  • The purchased product is permanently unavailable and cannot be replaced.

Non-Refundable Situations

Incorrect Email Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid email address during checkout, PluginPalace.in will make reasonable efforts to assist in re-delivering the purchased product after verifying ownership of the order.

However, refunds are generally not available for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund or resend the product as a goodwill gesture.


Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems with your purchase, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve installation, activation, or delivery issues before considering a refund.


Duplicate Orders

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges that are non-refundable may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
